Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No experience required
• Customer Care Experience (CCE) is preferred
• Minimum B2 English proficiency
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for a Telecommunications Account, you will assist customers with their inquiries, service requests, and account concerns. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Assist with account, billing, and telecommunications service concerns
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot basic service-related issues
• Document customer interactions and concerns
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  
  

Relocation Package

Applicants who are currently residing outside CDO may be eligible for a relocation package, subject to company qualifications and terms.
