We're partnering with a nationally respected logistics organization to find a Terminal Manager for its high-visibility Savannah location.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily terminal operations, support your team, and build strong customer relationships. If you enjoy fast-paced environments and know how to keep people, freight, and equipment moving, we'd love to hear from you.

🌟 What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the terminal, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time performance.
• Manage a cross-functional team, including dispatch, drivers, yard operations, and office staff.
• Be the go-to person for customer issues and help resolve them quickly.
• Solve day-to-day operational challenges involving shipments, delays, routing, and equipment.
• Partner with company leadership to improve processes, monitor performance, and support operational goals.
• Recruit, coach, and develop your team while creating a positive, accountable work environment.
• Represent the terminal and the company with professionalism, both internally and with customers.

🛠 What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Leadership experience managing terminal, fleet, or distribution center operations.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch, DOT regulations, and load planning.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using transportation or logistics systems and performance reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to relocate to the Savannah area.
