Job Summary The Mental Health Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and/or young adults experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges. This role collaborates with a multidisciplinary clinical team to support patients throughout a structured treatment episode and into successful aftercare. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, case managers, and clinical staff. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Idaho licensing regulations and ethical standards. Participate in treatment team meetings to review client progress and adjust care plans as needed. Provide crisis intervention and clinical support when necessary. Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families to support engagement in treatment. Ensure all services align with best practices and Idaho state requirements. Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution. Active, unrestricted license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred, particularly with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and/or EMDR preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. If pre-licensed: Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution. Eligible for licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Actively pursuing clinical licensure hours. Compensation: 70,000 to 80,000 with sign on bonus and relocation assistance! OFFERING TUTION ASSISTANCE!
