Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Spanish-Speaking Content Moderators to join our client's growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and moderating user-generated digital content and advertisements to ensure compliance with community standards, safety guidelines, and platform policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate digital content, advertisements, and user-generated media against safety and policy guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and efficiency in moderation decisions.
• Recognize and escalate complex or sensitive cases in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with international team members and team leads to keep digital platforms safe and secure.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish; professional working proficiency in English (B2–C1 level) for internal communication, systems, and ongoing training.
• Work Authorization: EU citizenship or valid legal authorization to work in Bulgaria.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating digital tools and social media platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, resilience, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
