Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end trademark registration applications, including renewals, amendments, and oppositions.

* Manage product registrations with the relevantauthorities.

* Prepare, review, and submit all required documentation.

* Coordinate with government authorities, clients, and internal teams.

* Track application status and ensure timely follow-ups.

* Maintain accurate records and client documentation.

* Stay updated on trademark and product registration regulations.

* Provide clients with regular updates throughout the registration process.

* Support the sales team with registration-related information when required.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in trademark registration and product registration.

* Good understanding of government portals and registration procedures.

* Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

* Ability to work independently, manage multiple applications, and meet deadlines.

* Bachelor's degree preferred.
