Join Our Team as a Training & Development Manager The Town of Hilton Head Island is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead employee learning, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives across the Town. What You Will Do As the Training & Development Manager, you will help shape the employee experience and strengthen our organization by: Developing and leading comprehensive Townwide training, workforce development, and organizational development programs; Designing and personally delivering engaging training programs, workshops, and leadership development opportunities for employees at all levels of the organization; Assessing employee and organizational development needs and creating practical learning solutions that support Town priorities; Leading supervisory and leadership development programs that strengthen the skills and effectiveness of current and emerging leaders; Administering the Townwide performance management program and providing guidance and coaching to supervisors and managers regarding employee performance and development; Coordinating employee engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and employee connection; Providing initial employee relations consultation, coaching, and guidance to employees and supervisors; and Using feedback, performance measures, and workforce data to evaluate programs, identify trends, and continuously improve employee development initiatives.
