Job Description Overview The Travel Manager is responsible for managing all corporate travel operations, ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and efficient travel arrangements while delivering a seamless travel experience for employees. Your Role Develop and implement corporate travel policies and procedures. Manage end-to-end business travel arrangements, including air, hotel, visa, ground transportation, and travel insurance. Negotiate and manage contracts with travel management companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors. Monitor travel spending, analyze travel data, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with company travel policies and regulatory requirements. Resolve travel-related issues, escalations, and employee concerns promptly. Prepare travel budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reports. Support travellers with emergency assistance, risk management, and duty-of-care requirements. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and business teams on travel-related processes. Monitor vendor performance and service-level agreements (SLAs). Drive travel process improvements and digital adoption of travel tools and platforms. Maintain accurate travel records and support audits when required. Track travel trends and recommend strategies to optimize travel programs. Manage travel approvals and ensure adherence to budget controls. About You Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Travel Management, or related field. 7+ years of experience in corporate travel management, workplace services, administration, or procurement-related functions. Experience managing global travel programs and vendor relationships is preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Travel cost savings and budget adherence. Policy compliance rate. Employee satisfaction with travel services. Vendor performance and SLA compliance. Travel booking efficiency and turnaround time. Issue resolution and escalation closure rate.
