Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,324–$2,440 per week - Contract length: 13 weeks - Shift: Nights on a 3x12-hour schedule - Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week (72 hours every two weeks) - Float responsibilities: Between two MS/Tele units; MS overflow in ICU and ED - EPIC experience required - Location: Kealakekua, Hawaii Responsibilities - Deliver direct nursing care on medical-surgical/tele units, including coordination of care for adult patients. - Float between two MS/Tele units and provide overflow coverage for MS patients in ICU and ED as needed. - Monitor patient status, document assessments, administer prescribed medications, and perform routine therapies. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans; respond to changes in patient condition. - Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EPIC), ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. - Communicate clearly with patients and families, and escalate concerns to the charge nurse or physician as appropriate. Requirements - EPIC electronic medical record experience is required. - Ability to float between MS/Tele units and provide MS overflow coverage to ICU and ED. - Availability to work a night shift schedule on a 3x12-hour cadence (approximately 36 hours per week). - Travel RN on a 13-week assignment in Hawaii; willing to relocate as needed. - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
