Role: Traveling Associate Dentist responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, primarily aged 3-21, with some adult patients.
Responsibilities: Deliver dental services supported by a team using advanced technology such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces. Conduct morning huddles, plan daily activities, promote patient care, and foster teamwork. Focus on creating positive experiences for children and adults in a compassionate environment. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols. Manage an office flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, with a support staff ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
Qualifications & Skills: DDS/DMD from an accredited program, valid dental license, CPR and DEA certifications, Nitrous Oxide certification (where required), and a passion for patient-centered care. Willing to travel to specified locations.
