Qualifications include a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, valid licensure, CPR and DEA certifications, and nitrous oxide certification where applicable. Candidates should demonstrate compassion, a desire to serve both children and adults, and maintain professional licenses and memberships.
Key skills involve proficiency with DentaPro software, digital x-ray equipment, and fiber-optic handpieces, along with knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA protocols. The practice supports growth through mentoring, collaboration, and continuous education.
