This is an opportunity to join a respected building envelope specialist delivering large-scale commercial façade projects across the country. You'll initially be based on a flagship project in Charlotte, North Carolina, before relocating to future projects nationwide, with a comprehensive relocation package and monthly per diem provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing building envelope packages, particularly curtain wall and sheet metal installations, and be comfortable working on-site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

THE ROLE

* Manage commercial building envelope projects from pre-construction through completion.

* Oversee sheet metal and glass curtain wall installation on major commercial projects.

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and project schedules.

* Report directly to two Project Executives, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.

* Initially based in Charlotte, NC before relocating to projects across the United States as business needs require.

THE PERSON

* 2-5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the building envelope, façade, curtain wall, glazing, or sheet metal industry.

* Experience delivering commercial construction projects.

* Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple project stakeholders.

* Comfortable with extensive travel and relocating to project sites across the United States.
