Department Overview Asia Treasury Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to step into the role of Treasury Analyst. In this position, you will take ownership of a variety of core treasury processes and drive impactful, project-oriented activities. Key Responsibilities Cash & Liquidity Management: Execute comprehensive cash forecasting, daily positioning, bank account management, and intercompany loan administration. Banking Administration & Compliance: Manage bank accounts, including the administration of e-banking platforms, annual review and handle Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance standards required by our banking partners. Corporate Governance: Uphold internal controls by continuously evaluating and ensuring compliance with established treasury policies and guidelines. Strategic Business Support: Provide expert support in areas such as credit and bank guarantee management, project evaluation, and customer financing initiatives. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with our banking partners. Reporting & Auditing: Ensure the highly accurate and timely completion of various financial reports and auditing tasks, both internal and external. Process Optimization: Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools to innovate and drive continuous process improvements across all treasury operations. Project Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to ad hoc strategic projects as required. Basic Requirements Key Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Corporate Treasury or Banking is highly preferred. Effectively bilingual, with strong proficiency in both English and Chinese. Hands-on experience utilizing Oracle systems and Quantum is preferred. Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Demonstrated ability to seamlessly handle multiple priorities and thrive under tight deadlines. A dedicated team player who possesses a positive attitude and the initiative to work independently when needed.
