THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE Financial Crime CIO is looking for a Perpetual Know your Customer & Workflow TSB Lead . Based out of Bradford (Santander House) or Milton Keynes (Unity Place). FTC 18 Months As Technology Lead for Case Management, Periodic KYC (pKYC) and Periodic KYB (pKYB), you will provide strategic technology leadership for one of Santander UK's largest and most critical Financial Crime technology domains. You will lead delivery of technology strategy and execution across the TSB Migration Programme while establishing the long-term roadmap for these platforms into BAU. This role is accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of customer lifecycle capabilities supporting customer life cycles, case management and regulatory compliance. We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Own the technology strategy, roadmap and end-to-end delivery for the Case Management, pKYC and pKYB domain. Provide leadership across the TSB Migration Programme, ensuring successful delivery, operational readiness and transition into BAU. Lead multiple engineering teams, suppliers and technology partners to deliver complex regulatory and business outcomes. Provide governance, risk management and executive reporting across the technology domain. Partner with Financial Crime Operations, Compliance, Architecture, Data and Product teams to define strategic priorities. Drive platform resilience, service performance and continuous improvement. Own technology investment planning, delivery priorities and dependency management. Champion engineering excellence, innovation and people leadership across the domain. Professional Experience Experience in Financial Crime, KYC, KYB, AML or Case Management platforms. (Required) Experience owning technology strategy, roadmap and delivery for enterprise platforms. (Required) Experience leading complex transformation or migration programmes with multiple stakeholders and suppliers. (Preferred) Education Degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline. (Required) Hard Skills Technology strategy and architecture. (Required) Large-scale programme delivery and governance. (Preferred) Financial Crime technology including KYC/KYB/Case Management. (Required) Vendor and supplier management. (Required) Agile delivery and engineering leadership. (Required) Soft Skills Strategic leadership and decision-making. Executive stakeholder management and influencing. Collaboration across business and technology teams. Great communication and coaching skills. Salary Range: £80,000.00 - £120,000.00 per annum (depending on experience) This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
