UI Engineer (Outbound/Selfservice)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our team and build modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications for enterprise-scale healthcare platforms. You will collaborate with designers and developers to transform high-fidelity Figma designs into scalable, pixel-perfect interfaces, ensuring seamless user experience, performance, and design consistency across complex healthcare workflows and large-scale, mission-critical systems. Responsibilities Create high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma, including advanced features such as Dev Mode, Auto Layout, component libraries, and design systems Build and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency between design tokens and frontend implementation Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers to deliver pixel-perfect user experiences Translate Figma designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend components Develop responsive and high-performance web applications optimized across browsers and devices Ensure seamless alignment between design intent and technical execution Contribute to frontend architecture, accessibility, usability, and performance optimization initiatives Participate in code reviews and continuously improve UI development standards and best practices 3+ years of experience as a UI Developer or Frontend Developer Strong expertise in Figma, including Dev Mode, Auto Layout, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff workflows 2+ years of experience in JavaScript (ES6+), and modern UI development practices Hands-on experience with React.js and component-based architecture Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, typography, spacing, and color systems Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows Ability to create scalable, reusable, and visually polished UI components Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end Figma-to-code implementation and modern frontend projects Nice to Have Experience with Angular or Vue.js Familiarity with animation libraries, micro-interactions, or frontend performance optimization Understanding of modern design-to-development workflows and component-driven development We offer: Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
