UK to US Relocation (Cost Manager/RICS)

We are working with a varied portfolio of clients across the continental US currently who are seeking professionals from the UK to join their growing teams across a variety of locations.

We are seeking both Cost Management professionals who have track record across the following sectors:

• Mission Critical/Data Centers
• Life Sciences/Pharma
• Residential
• Hospitality
• Infrastructure
• Commercial Fit Out/Tenant Improvement
• Build Out

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in your discipline.
• RICS accreditation highly desireable.
• Previous track record in one of the above sectors.
• Strong knowledge of cost management/project management software and tools.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
