Underground Electrician

Date: 27 Jul 2026 Location: Company: Gold Fields Group Services (Pty) Ltd Job Req ID: 69606 Electrical Technician (Underground) St Ives Gold Mine Residential (Kalgoorlie/ Kambalda) or FIFO Reporting to the Leading Hand Electrical, you will be responsible for delivering preventative and breakdown maintenance across surface and underground fixed plant infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operations. This role is offered on an 8/6 7/7 days and nights roster, either residential or FIFO from Perth. For residential employees, daily bus transport to and from site is provided, along with relocation assistance if required. Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period.
