Union Plant HR Manager

Korn Ferry has partnered with a manufacturing organization on their search for a Union Plant HR Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to lead the HR function and act as a true business partner to a highly profitable UNION site for the organization. The role will support key leaders and work across the organization to drive change ad define organizational needs. They will be responsible for employee and labor relations, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, union grievances and training and development. Relocation assistance available for this role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resources or related field. Desired: Master’s degree.
• 8 years of Human Resources experience in a UNION manufacturing environment
• Comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of and hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions in a union environment.
• Must have experience managing day-to-day union relationships, have responded to unemployment claims and have overseen union grievances.
