URGENT HIRING: Spécialiste du Support Client Francophone | Athens, Greece (Onsite or Remote in Athens)

Remote work outside Greece is not possible

Languages: C2 or higher French + English B2+

Start Date: Within one week

Contract: Full-time, permanent

What We Offer

Salary: 1,000-1,400/month (paid over 14 months, depending on project)

Performance Bonus: +10-15% per month

Legal Overtime/Allowances:

 - Night hours (22:00-06:00): +25%

 - Sundays and public holidays: +75%

Approx. Total Monthly Compensation: 1,250-1,500 (base + performance bonus + estimated night/weekend pay)

Working Hours: Flexible rotating shifts (Mon-Fri or Mon-Sun, 2 days off per week)

Relocation Package: Flight ticket (within EU), 2-week hotel stay, airport pickup, realtor fees covered, and assistance in finding accommodation

Additional Expat Support: Help with paperwork, bank account setup, and insurance

Training: Paid onboarding by certified trainers

Requirements

Fluent French (spoken and written)

English at minimum B2 level

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic computer literacy

Based in Athens or willing to relocate
