The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and effective anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and comfort. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients before surgery through thorough medical history review and physical examination. Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor patients’ vital signs during surgery. Collaborate closely with the surgical and medical team to ensure smooth perioperative care. Manage and respond swiftly to any anesthesia-related complications. Provide post-operative care including pain management and patient recovery monitoring. Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Completed residency or specialization in Anesthesiology. Valid medical license to practice in Bahrain. Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Anesthesiologist. Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and pain management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards.
