This position is full-time, with benefits, and may require working a weekend day in the future. Education: Must possess a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine Experience: Must possess a valid State of Florida license to practice veterinary medicine and have at least one year of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal shelter. Skills: Must be personable, able to communicate with and direct staff and work as a member of a team. Must be able to life 50 pounds on a regular basis. Job Type: Full-time QUALIFICATIONS: DVM Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree Has and maintains a Valid and Current State of Florida Veterinarian License Computer skills required: Internet Software; (Outlook); and Shelter Luv software (or similar software). PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to walk, climb stairs and ladders, run, stoop, bend, stand, push, pull, move and carry heavy objects. Standing for long periods.
