What You’ll Do Lead Advanced Anesthetic Care: Design and manage tailored anesthesia and pain management plans for complex soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, critical care admissions, and advanced diagnostics (CT/MRI). Collaborate Across Specialties: Work side-by-side with our surgery, neurology, oncology, and emergency teams to drive optimal clinical outcomes and seamless case management. Elevate Team Expertise: Mentor and empower our dedicated team of veterinary technicians and support staff, fostering continuous learning in anesthetic protocols and monitoring standards. Drive Quality & Safety: Oversee anesthesia protocols, equipment maintenance, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain the highest standard of patient safety. What We’re Looking For Education & Credentials: DVM/VMD (or equivalent) with DACVAA board certification or residency completion (board-eligible).
