This is not a traditional public relations role.

We're looking for a communications leader with the influence, relationships, and strategic vision to elevate an internationally recognized brand through earned media, executive visibility, thought leadership, and reputation management.

The ideal candidate has represented a luxury brand, global consumer brand, influential founder, CEO, celebrity, or cultural leader, and has the relationships to secure meaningful coverage across the world's most respected business, luxury, lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, and news media.

What You'll Lead

As Vice President of Strategic Communications & Executive Reputation, you'll be responsible for shaping the public narrative of an internationally respected organization while positioning its executive leadership as influential voices on the global stage.

You'll lead initiatives including:

• Developing and executing an integrated global communications strategy
• Driving executive visibility through strategic storytelling and thought leadership
• Cultivating relationships with national and international media, journalists, editors, producers, creators, and influencers
• Securing high-impact earned media across premier business, luxury, lifestyle, culture, design, fashion, entertainment, and news publications
• Building influencer and creator partnerships that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement
• Leading crisis communications and reputation management efforts
• Advising executive leadership on strategic communications and public positioning
• Partnering closely with marketing and executive leadership to elevate brand awareness and organizational reputation
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing communications team

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of executive leadership in public relations, strategic communications, executive communications, corporate affairs, or brand communications
• Proven success securing national and international earned media coverage
• Established relationships with influential media contacts, journalists, editors, producers, and creators
• Experience elevating the visibility of a CEO, founder, public figure, or globally recognized brand
• Exceptional strategic thinking, executive presence, and communication skills
• Experience leading reputation management and crisis communications initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to influence public perception through storytelling and media strategy
