ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Dubai. The Videographer will develop, plan, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook to showcase properties, market insights, and brand messaging. Daily responsibilities include creating short-form videos and graphics, writing captions and social copy, scheduling posts, and monitoring content performance and engagement. The role involves collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to align content with campaigns, promotions, and property launches, as well as capturing on-site footage at listings, events, and developments. The Social Media Content Creator will stay updated on social media trends and best practices to continuously refine content strategies and increase reach and conversions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Real Estate Background is required.
• Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, basic photography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to plan and execute social media calendars, campaigns, and platform-specific strategies.
• Proficiency in writing clear, compelling social copy and captions tailored to different audiences and channels.
• Experience with social media tools and platforms for publishing, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, branding, and audience engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with real estate, property marketing, or luxury brands is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site, capturing content in properties, showrooms, and events in Dubai.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills commonly used in Dubai’s market are a plus.
