Are you a motivated, hands-on professional who loves a dynamic workday where no two days are the same? We are seeking a reliable Warehouse & Facilities Assistant to join our team. Primary Role: The Warehouse & Facilities Assistant is the backbone of our daily operations—managing logistics from receiving and organizing inventory to handling building maintenance and fleet coordination. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position that requires sharp attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and a true team-player attitude. Responsibilities: Warehouse & Inventory Logistics Receive & Process: Safely unload, check in, and organize incoming deliveries. Order Fulfillment: Assist with pulling materials and staging inventory for new jobs, service orders, and project managers. Inventory Control: Conduct routine inventory counts and efficiently process material returns. Driving & Logistics: Pick up materials from local vendors and make timely deliveries directly to job sites. Facility & Building Maintenance Upkeep: Perform basic building maintenance. Janitorial Support: Maintain overall cleanliness of the facility, including basic office janitorial duties (emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, restocking supplies). Vendor Coordination: Assist in obtaining quotes for large building repairs and work closely with external vendors and FSEC management while work is being performed. Fleet & Vehicle Coordination Maintenance: Perform basic inspections and preventive maintenance on light vehicles. Fleet Logistics: Coordinate transport of company vehicles to and from repair shops; manage repairs and claims for the vehicle fleet. Compliance: Support management with all vehicle registrations and renewals. Cleanliness: Ensure all company vehicles are clean and presentable while parked at the warehouse. Additional Duties: Manage monthly recycling drop-offs. Provide general support to warehouse staff and project managers. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Accountability: The Warehouse & Facilities Assistant will be directly accountable to the Warehouse Manager and Sr. Management. Secondary accountability will be to Executive team members, and customers of the company. Qualifications: • Capable of performing physical labor including but not limited to moving equipment and carrying tools weighing up to 50 pounds. • Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions. • Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc. • Knowledge of basic electrical system installation. • Excellent communication skills, using precise and respectful terms when dealing with customers and team members. • Knowledge of building maintenance, including repair practices and procedures. • Ability to understand, execute, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times. • Must have valid driver’s license. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test Travel: Some out of town travel required.
