Ameziel is looking for a hands-on and motivated Warehouse Manager to support and lead our warehouse operations.

We are open to candidates who may not have many years of management experience but demonstrate strong leadership potential, ownership, learning ability, and warehouse operations knowledge. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including:
• Inbound / Receiving
• Putaway
• Inventory Control
• Picking & Packing
• Outbound / Shipping
• Returns
• Coordinate daily manpower and workload based on operational needs.
• Lead and support warehouse employees, team leads, and supervisors.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, attendance, overtime, and daily performance.
• Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and inventory discrepancy investigation.
• Identify operational issues and help improve warehouse processes.
• Work closely with HR and staffing agencies on hiring, attendance, and workforce needs.
• Ensure warehouse safety standards and company procedures are followed.
• Use warehouse data and reports to identify problems and improvement opportunities.
• Help train and develop team members and future supervisors.
• Take ownership of daily warehouse performance and operational results.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations experience preferred.
• Previous management experience is preferred, but not required.
• Candidates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with inbound, outbound, inventory, or WMS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to make decisions and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Comfortable working directly with frontline warehouse employees.
• Willing to be hands-on and spend time on the warehouse floor.
• Strong learning ability and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.

You do not need to already be a fully developed Warehouse Manager. We are willing to develop the right person who has strong potential, is willing to learn, can work with people, and is ready to take on increasing responsibility.

The ideal candidate is someone who can understand the operation, solve problems, make decisions, communicate clearly, and gradually build the ability to lead a warehouse team independently.

Compensation & Growth

• $70,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
