Maintain accountability for controlled inventory and finished-goods shipping activities. Ensure inventory accuracy and timely processing of inbound and outbound transactions. Conduct and oversee physical cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, determine root causes of inventory inaccuracies, and implement corrective actions. Partner with Quality Assurance and other departments to resolve quality, inventory, packaging, and shipping issues. Ensure warehouse and shipping operations comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee warehouse equipment requirements and maintenance programs, including large and small forklifts, cranes, and other material-handling equipment. Meet established shipping-volume objectives and promptly address exceptions. Ensure products received and shipped meet established quality, packaging, and completeness standards. Serve as the go-to resource for the warehouse management system (WMS), shipping processes, and supporting computer programs. Perform and oversee daily system validations to maintain accurate warehouse and inventory information. Identify opportunities to improve safety, inventory accuracy, productivity, cost, and overall warehouse performance. Required Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience with direct responsibility for warehouse employees.
