Genzest LLC partners with Nailphoria, a growing beauty brand offering accessible, personality-packed press-on nails. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our growing warehouse and e-commerce operations.

Role Description

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in West Hollywood, CA. Responsibilities include operating the ERP system, picking and packing orders, organizing and maintaining the warehouse, managing inventory, handling out-of-stock orders and related issues, coordinating package pickups, managing warehouse supplies and packaging materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory, logistics, or e-commerce is preferred, but not required
• New graduates and candidates without prior warehouse experience are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Speak both Mandarin and English fluent

Compensation & Benefits

• $4,000/month ($48,000/year)
