Warehouse Supervisor (Secondment - 6 Months)

Identify and implement potential improvements in processes or products, develop innovative concepts, and take calculated risks to achieve desired results. Recognize development needs, create opportunities for colleagues, and manage the performance of both direct and indirect reports. Oversee work teams, ensuring the timely delivery of materials to support manufacturing operations, and manage packaging material stores and warehouses per cGMP and EHS requirements. Monitor shipping and receiving operations, supervise storage and dispatch of finished goods, and drive continuous improvement and optimization activities related to warehousing. Manage and monitor the warehousing and freight budget, identify operational and financial improvement opportunities, and collaborate with quality, EHS, and security experts to ensure compliance. Prepare training plans and provide guidance to the team. QUALIFICATIONS Must-Have Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 3+ years of experience; OR a master's degree with more than 1+ year of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant experience. Solid understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Proficiency in MS Office. Strong written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with System Application and Products (SAP). Experience in inventory management concepts. Demonstrated ability to manage people and projects. Nice-to-Have Experience in manufacturing investigations and CAPA implementation. Skilled in the shipping and receiving of materials and products within a regulated environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to develop and mentor team members. Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
