You will help digitize processes, structure data, and work at the interface between environmental protection, occupational safety, and modern AI tools. Job Description Your tasks: Administrative support: Assisting the EHS team (Germany & Europe) with day-to-day operations; Data & document management: Maintaining, preparing, and validating EHS metrics and reports; Process optimization with AI: Using AI tools to increase efficiency in documentation and research; Communication: Preparing presentations and documents in German and English. Basic Requirements What you bring: Studies: Currently enrolled in a degree program in occupational safety, environmental management, engineering, or a related field; Languages: Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills; Tech affinity: Confident use of common AI tools and an interest in learning and applying new AI tools; Work style: Reliable, structured, and independent work style.
