We are looking for a bilingual professional (English/Spanish) with proven experience building, leading, and transforming remote teams and operations.

The ideal candidate will lead the transition from traditional office-based environments to an efficient, scalable, and results-driven remote work model, particularly across Sales, Call Center, Customer Service, and Operations.

Beyond operational transformation, this person will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our organizational culture, values, and principles across all remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the transition from office-based teams to remote operations.
• Build, structure, and manage remote sales, call center, and operations teams.
• Develop team leaders, supervisors, and effective performance management systems.
• Establish KPIs, workflows, standard operating procedures, and productivity standards.
• Maintain organizational culture, accountability, employee engagement, and alignment with company values.
• Understand U.S. and Latin American compensation models, including commissions in USD and performance-based incentives.
• Implement tools and processes that support collaboration, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating, transforming, and leading remote teams.
• Background in Sales, Call Centers, BPO, Customer Service, or Operations.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills.
• Experience with KPIs, operational efficiency, and organizational culture.
