How this is measured
Relomote reads job descriptions from thousands of company career pages every hour and keeps only the roles that say they offer visa sponsorship or relocation support, then resolves the country each one would move you to. A boilerplate mention of relocation on an already-worldwide remote job does not count, which is why these numbers are far smaller than the remote board's. Classification is in beta, so a small share of labels may be off.
Read the sponsorship share, not just the total. A relocation package and visa sponsorship are different offers, and a package alone often means the employer will help you move but still expects you to already hold the right to work there — which is why large destinations can have a low share. The United States is the clearest case: it carries the most relocation jobs of any country, but only about a fifth of them mention sponsorship, so the rest are in practice domestic moves.
