We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale project. This role requires an experienced leader who can effectively manage cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain clear communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• Advanced English level (B2 or Higher) to ensure fluent communication with teams/clients.
• +5 years of Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager leading complex technology projects.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Certifications in Management: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)

Responsabilities

• Lead and coordinate a large-scale project.
• Keep the project on track and drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure all project teams remain aligned, accountable, and on schedule.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical teams, remove blockers, and drive project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Foster collaboration across technical and business teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
