Develop individualized care plans based on each client’s developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs and treatment goals. Utilize measurement-based care practices by regularly reviewing validated clinical measures to assess treatment needs, guide care planning, and monitor progress toward established care goals. Use evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, TF-CBT, PCIT, and other clinically appropriate modalities through engaging and developmentally appropriate virtual sessions. Identify safety concerns, complete safety planning, and provide crisis intervention or escalation when clinically necessary. Complete timely, accurate, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation through TimelyCare’s designated electronic health record. Maintain treatment goals and documentation consistent with applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinical standards. Familiarity with family systems and developmentally appropriate clinical interventions. About the Engagement Remote care: Provide virtual services from an appropriate home or professional office environment that supports privacy and quality care. Professional boundaries: Clients do not receive the contractor’s personal phone number or email address through the TimelyCare platform. Compensation + Contractor Resources Compensation is provided on a per-session basis.
