In this role, you will work with live traffic incident data for a global mapping platform, helping ensure that information in the system is accurate, timely, and complete. What you will do Monitor and update traffic incident information in assigned regions Work with real-time data from multiple sources Verify and cross-check information before making updates Record important details such as location, direction, cause, and impact Update incidents as conditions change Close incidents once they are resolved and confirmed Communicate with team members and supervisors when clarification is needed
