【背景】
ティアフォーでは、自動運転のためのAIの開発をスケールさせる取り組みとして「Co-MLOps」プロジェクトを推進しています。その中で、自動運転向けのリファレンスAIとして、Deep Neural Network (DNN)を使った認識機能の開発に取り組んでいます。。
このようなDNNの実行には膨大な計算が必要なため、高性能なハードウェアが必要不可欠です。しかしながら、車載システムには熱・電力の制約があり、DNNを動作させるための高性能なハードウェアを用意することは困難となります。
モデルの軽量化・低電力化と認識精度・ロバスト性の向上、両方を実現するために、私たちは、車載システムにおけるハードウェア（AIプロセッサ）の特性を十分に理解し、DNNモデルを協調設計・最適化することにより、 超多層な高精度なモデルを車載システムに実装することを目指しています。
【仕事内容】
Salary想定月収 / Estimated Monthly Salary：666,667円 ~ 1,375,000円
月額基本給 / Base Monthly Salary ：492,667 円 ~ 1,017,000円 （固定残業手当を除く額/excluding fixed overtime pay）
固定残業手当 / Fixed Overtime Pay：時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 174,000円 ~ 358,000円を支給（45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給 / A fixed overtime allowance of ¥174,000to ¥358,000 will be paid, regardless of whether overtime is performed. Any overtime exceeding 45 hours, as well as holiday work and late-night work, will be paid separately as additional premium wages.

- GPU/FPGA/AI Acceleratorなどのハードウェア特性に最適なDeep Neural Networks (DNN）の実装
- Low Cost/Low Power化を目的とした軽量なDNNの開発・Camera/LiDARのDNNデプロイ
- 雇入れ直後： 本求人に記載のある業務
- 変更の範囲： 上記に加え、会社が指定した業務
- Computer Architecture及びMachine Learningの知識
- DNNを用いたアルゴリズム開発の経験
- DNNのデプロイフレームワーク（例：NVIDIA TensorRT, AMD Vitis AI等）を用いたAI Acceleratorへの実装の経験
- Pruning, Quantization, Multi-task Learning等によるDNN軽量化の経験
- CameraまたはLiDAR DNNの実装経験
- NVIDIA以外のAI Acceleratorへの実装の経験
- Sparse Training/Quantization Aware Training (QAT)の経験
- CUDA/OpenCL等を用いた実装の経験
- DNN分散学習の経験
- TVM等のAIコンパイラの開発の経験
- Sensor FusionやMulti Modal DNNの経験
- Active Learningの経験
- Foudation Modelに関する経験
