Escopo Role: AIS Engineer Starting Date: Immediately Contract: long term Work Place: São Paulo/SP (100% remote) Work Time: 9h00 to 18h00 Language: Enghish advanced is mandatory Position Overview We are seeking a Portuguese AIS Engineer to lead AI and Generative AI initiatives from early-stage ideation through the development of functional prototypes. The professional will act as a strategic partner to business and executive stakeholders, translating broad and ambiguous business challenges into high-impact technical roadmaps. This role requires a challenger mindset, strong transformation focus, and deep knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Lead AI and Generative AI initiatives from initial ideation through functional prototype delivery. • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured, high-impact technical roadmaps. • Engage with C-suite stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business priorities and expected outcomes. • Challenge conventional demand-driven approaches by prioritizing initiatives with greater revenue and transformation potential. • Define direction, structure, and execution paths in early-stage or highly ambiguous environments. • Design solutions that support long-term digital transformation and sustainable business value. • Leverage the Google Cloud ecosystem to build scalable and sticky AI-driven solutions. • Bridge business strategy, technical architecture, and AI delivery execution. Required Qualifications • Fluent Portuguese and English communication skills. • Proven experience leading AI and Generative AI projects from ideation to functional prototypes. • Strong ability to translate business challenges into technical strategies and roadmaps. • Experience engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders. • Strategic challenger mindset, focused on outcomes, impact, and prioritization. • Ability to operate effectively in Day Zero environments with limited structure or defined direction. • Deep understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem. • Strong focus on digital transformation and long-term solution adoption.
