Escopo Role: Senior SAP SuccessFactors – United States and Canada Payroll • Start Date: Immediate • Contract Duration: 1 year, with possibility of extension • Work arrangement: One onsite day per month for São Paulo residents; fully remote for residents of other Brazilian states • Working Hours: 9h00 to 18h00 (BRT) • Language: Fluent English is mandatory About the position We are seeking senior SAP SuccessFactors professionals to provide application maintenance and support (AMS), focusing on Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for payroll operations in the United States and Canada. Each professional must have experience with payroll operations for both countries. The professionals will work with functional, technical, and business teams to address user requests, resolve incidents, and maintain the stability of payroll processes. Equivalent proficiency in EC and ECP is not required, but candidates must demonstrate relevant knowledge and particular strength in at least one of these modules. Key responsibilities • Support the SAP SuccessFactors environment, focusing on Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). • Assist users and follow support tickets through to resolution. • Analyze requirements and incidents reported by business teams. • Configure the solution and resolve inconsistencies. • Execute unit and integration tests. • Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure the stability of payroll processes for the United States and Canada. Required qualifications • Experience with payroll operations for both the United States and Canada • Relevant knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP, with particular strength in at least one of these modules • Experience providing SAP SuccessFactors application maintenance and support (AMS) • Experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors • Ability to analyze business processes and propose solutions • Experience with functional testing, validation, and resolving inconsistencies Preferred qualifications • Functional knowledge of payroll rules and country-specific localizations for the United States and Canada • Experience with global projects • Experience working with international teams • Preferably 7–10 years of total professional experience; candidates with 7–10 years specifically in SAP SuccessFactors will also be considered Candidates with more than 10 years of experience may face restrictions during the approval process.
