About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Oracle ERP Integration Project Manager to lead ERP integration initiatives resulting from acquisitions and business transformations.
The professional will manage multiple ERP integrations simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, lead data migration activities, and ensure successful execution throughout the complete project lifecycle, from planning through Go-Live and post-production activities.
The position requires strong project management experience in Oracle EBS environments, ERP implementations, data conversion, and acquisition-related integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end ERP integration projects from planning through Go-Live.
• Manage multiple ERP integration projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate business, functional, technical, and vendor teams.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Lead data migration activities, including extraction, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, and production loads.
• Partner with business stakeholders to prepare and validate legacy ERP data.
• Escalate risks, blockers, and schedule impacts to leadership.
• Ensure the successful execution of testing, cutover, deployment, and post-Go-Live activities.
• Promote stakeholder alignment across business and IT organizations.
Mandatory Requirements
• At least 7 years of project management experience in ERP or enterprise technology programs.
• Strong experience leading ERP implementation, integration, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing full-lifecycle ERP integrations.
• Experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) environments.
• Experience with data migration and data conversion activities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• At least 8 years of Oracle EBS experience.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or post-acquisition integrations.
• Experience coordinating mock data loads, production loads, and Go-Live activities.
• PMP, CAPM, or another Project Management certification.
• Knowledge of enterprise data migration and ERP deployment methodologies.
Language Requirements
• Advanced English.
