You will manage the delivery and resourcing of project initiatives delivered by the sub-vertical team, ensuring that account priorities translate into actionable plans, appropriate resource assignments, and measurable results. As the primary strategy conduit among on-account leadership, category leads, and the sub-vertical CoE team, you will align account objectives, category strategies, and delivery commitments while ensuring business continuity, cost savings delivery, and adherence to project timelines. - Partner with account dedicated category leads on Facilities strategy planning for new accounts and refresh existing-account roadmaps, translating opportunities into prioritized initiatives with defined scope, savings objectives, milestones, and resource requirements.
Project delivery and resourcing
- Manage delivery of project initiatives assigned to the sub-vertical CoE team, ensuring high-quality service, business continuity, cost savings delivery, and adherence to agreed scope and timelines.
- Own resource planning and allocation within available sub-vertical capacity; assign project ownership, balance workloads, and match team capabilities to initiative requirements. Escalate capacity gaps and additional resource needs through Facilities CoE leadership.
- Maintain a consolidated view of active and planned initiatives, sequence work, and resolve dependencies and competing priorities with on-account leadership and category leads. Align proposed changes before they affect client commitments.
- Oversee end-to-end sourcing execution through designated project leads, reviewing strategies, TCO models, savings assumptions, and key deliverables. Provide senior guidance for complex negotiations and escalations, with day-to-day RFP ownership assigned to project leads.
- Monitor portfolio milestones, forecasted and delivered savings, delivery risks, and team capacity; lead corrective actions and escalate unresolved scope, timing, or resourcing issues to the appropriate leadership.
Strategic alignment and team leadership
- Act as the primary strategy conduit among on-account leadership, category leads, and the sub-vertical CoE team, translating account objectives and category strategies into clear delivery priorities, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Establish regular planning and delivery reviews to maintain alignment, surface risks and resource constraints, resolve issues, and communicate decisions and progress to the Facilities Practice Lead and relevant account stakeholders.
- Bring execution insights and emerging opportunities back to account and category leadership to refine strategies, including supplier ecosystem improvements, value engineering, demand optimization, and other cost-reduction opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sub-vertical team, reinforcing accountability, knowledge sharing, consistent quality standards, and continuous improvement across client engagements.
