Roll and Responsibilities
- 各業務における人員アサイン・予算・コストの算出
- AD/ADASに係る車両やセンサー検証/評価において顧客との調整業務
- 社内・顧客の要件(RFI/RFQ)・仕様及びそれらの差分調査・分析
- 各種試験を行うための環境の構築（試験場所・機材選定・ベンチテスト・O/CL-HIL,VILなど)
- AD/ADAS関連の車両やセンサーでのテストスペックの策定
- 基本シナリオやUse Case調査・設計・定義
- Assessment / Regulations 調査・設計・定義
- テスト実行計画作成
- 社内・社外・顧客先での作業・共同作業
- テストプロトコル実行、手順・テストレポート作成ならびに報告など
- KPI/KGI定義や統計・傾向分析
- その他、付随する業務

Requirements
- AD, ADAS, AGVにおける右記のいずれかの経験
- 設計・開発・検証・評価
- Automotive Development Skill の理解(A-SPICE/V&Vなど)
- 実車を用いた評価/検証経験がある方(AD/ADAS機能であれば尚可)
- Project 又はLine Management等のManager実務経験もしくはリーダーとして業務を率いた経験
Langauge Skills
- [MUST] Japanese on Business Level
- Rough indication = JLPT: N1,N2
Because we are dealing with Japanese customers.
Preferred Experiences
- 計測機器の取り扱い経験(RTK DGPS,UFO,LiDAR,4aなど)
- CANの解析及びCAN Gatewayの構築コーディング等
- AUTOSAR環境での開発・検証・評価経験
- 量産車両HMI評価経験
- テストの自動化経験
- 法定職長教育受講完了者
- 電気自動車等の整備の業務に関わる特別教育受講済の者(又は2019年10月1日以前に低圧電気取り扱い業務特別教育受講済み者)
- Data Labeling ・Annotationの経験
- Deep Learning・Machine Learningの経験
- SW/HWの車両へのシステムインテグレーションの経験
- HILS/SILS/VILSのいずれかの構築経験及び環境構築経験
- ISO26262やその他安全規格・法規に関する知識
- 定常的に車の運転をしてる人 (テストドライバーの経験などが好ましい)

Working Conditions
Salary想定月収 / Estimated Monthly Salary：266,667円 ~ 791,667円
月額基本給 / Base Monthly Salary ：196,667 円 ~ 585,667円 （固定残業手当を除く額/excluding fixed overtime pay）
固定残業手当 / Fixed Overtime Pay：時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 70,000円 ~ 206,000円を支給（45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給 / A fixed overtime allowance of ¥70,000 ~ ¥206,000 will be paid, regardless of whether overtime is performed. Any overtime exceeding 45 hours, as well as holiday work and late-night work, will be paid separately as additional premium wages.
