关于团队 数据库管控团队负责设计、开发、部署和维护企业级数据库管控平台，为公司各业务线提供高效、安全、可靠的数据库服务。我们的平台覆盖数据库全生命周期管理，包括数据库开发和变更、数据查询、资源申请、实例部署、权限管理、监控告警、容灾备份、性能优化等核心功能。在这个团队中，您将成为数据库管控平台架构和技术路线的关键贡献者，深入参与系统设计和开发，支持公司战略业务发展。您将与团队协作，共同提升平台的质量、性能、可扩展性、可靠性和安全性。您还将与各业务团队紧密合作，理解业务需求并提供最佳数据库解决方案。 随着业务规模的快速增长，我们正在寻找经验丰富的数据库管控平台开发专家加入我们的团队。加入我们，您的专业知识将推动技术创新，为公司数据基础设施的稳定运行和持续演进做出重要贡献。 主要职责 负责数据库管控平台的设计、开发及维护工作，提升系统的整体稳定性、性能、可扩展性等，为业务提供高效可靠的数据库服务 负责数据库自动化运维工具的设计、开发及维护，实现数据库资源的自动化分配、部署、扩缩容和迁移 设计并实现数据库权限管理系统，确保数据访问安全合规 开发数据库监控告警平台，实现对数据库性能、可用性的实时监控和智能告警 独立完成数据库管控相关服务的技术架构设计，编码，测试和文档编写；并能推动业务方配合落地 调研和跟进业界先进的数据库管控技术和产品，持续优化现有系统架构和功能 系统核心部分代码编写，疑难问题解决 构建高可用数据库服务体系，实现数据库故障的自动检测和快速恢复能力 任职要求 精通Java或Golang中的至少一种 3-8年Java或Golang一线开发经验，对使用过的开源框架能了解内部原理和机制 代码方面，追求可读性，可复用性，在团队内形成良好的合作关系 对技术问题有清晰的分析逻辑和全局思维，能提出具有创造性的解决思路和方案 对使用过的中间件原理有一定的了解以及最佳实践经验 不错 的口头和书面沟通能力，能够将复杂的技术概念清晰地传达给团队和业务方 能够在跨职能团队中有效工作并为合作项目做出贡献，展示领导力并主动推动项目目标 有AI 提效经验（AI coding等），拥抱AI； 良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读英文技术文档和参与国际技术交流； 有数据库自动化运维、数据库性能优化经验者优先 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
