我们正在寻找优秀的Java开发工程师加入我们的Zoom Events团队。Zoom Events团队致力于致力于打造创新的活动（Event）平台，提供主办方多层次的协作来创建线上/线下/混合的沉浸式事件体验，全方位涵盖所有客户需要的活动（Event）类型。Events团队氛围轻松，追求创新。在这里，你能够深入参与世界级的事件平台的设计和开发，了解并掌握复杂的前沿业务，与来自于不同文化的同事协作，相互学习，共同成长。我们期待您的加入！ 岗位职责： 1. 负责Zoom业务线的后端开发工作，对系统进行持续优化并保证系统稳定； 2. 参与项目需求沟通、分析，进而制定项目评估及实现方案，执行过程注重提供用户一致、稳定的体验； 3. 结合个人经验及Zoom公共服务能够独立完成相关项目的技术设计方案； 4. 具备较强的代码编写能力，能独立完成高难度任务的设计、开发、测试，以及解决线上的问题； 5. 具备较强的Web项目开发相关的安全意识、经验，在设计和实现过程中时刻关注安全。 任职要求： 1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2年及以上Java开发经验； 2. Java基础扎实，深入理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架和JVM原理，深入理解常用的设计模式及应用场景； 3. 熟练掌握Spring，Spring Boot，Spring Cloud，MyBatis等流行开源框架的使用，深入了解其原理和实现机制； 4. 熟练使用Linux，Nginx，Tomcat等进行开发和调优； 5. 掌握MySQL数据库设计和性能调优，熟悉DynamoDB，MongoDB等NoSQL数据库； 6. 熟悉Memcached，Redis，Kafka，ES等中间件的使用； 7. 熟悉Web Security各类场景及相应的处理方案； 8. 具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，积极主动，执行力强，责任心强； 9. 具备英文邮件、文档读写能力，适应全英文工作环境。 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
