业务介绍： 作为Zoom Workplace生态系统的重要组成部分，Zoom Mail/Calendar致力于打造一站式协同办公体验，让用户在熟悉的Zoom平台上便捷处理邮件往来和日程管理。我们正在构建新一代的企业级通信协作工具，将视频会议、邮件、日历等深度整合，打通办公场景之间的连接。如果你对打造下一代协作工具充满热情，欢迎加入我们的团队，与全球顶尖工程师一起定义未来的工作方式。 工作职责： 负责Zoom Mail/Calendar产品的后端系统开发，参与构建新一代企业级通信协作工具 负责邮件系统、日历管理等核心功能模块的开发和维护，实现与Zoom平台的深度整合 运用微服务架构和容器化技术，构建灵活可扩展的服务体系 与全球团队协作，参与跨区域服务部署和运维，确保服务的稳定性 任职要求： 掌握AI coding编程能力，熟悉常用的AI编程工具如Cursor、GitHub Copilot等，有相应的AI编程提升项目效率的经验 熟悉Linux服务端开发，掌握多线程、网络编程、性能调优等技术 熟悉C++11/14/17、Java、Golang中的至少一种语言，能够快速理解复杂系统并进行开发 熟悉常用基础设施，如Nginx、Redis、Kafka、Elasticsearch、MySQL、MongoDB等 熟悉分布式系统设计理念，如CAP理论、一致性协议、负载均衡等 熟悉微服务化、容器化等现代技术实践，如Docker、 Kubernetes 等 了解常见云服务，如AWS EC2、S3、ElastiCache等 良好的英语听说读写能力，需与全球团队协作 加分项 熟悉算法（Transformer/Diffusion/RL）、工程（RAG、Agent）等至少一种前沿技术，并能快速落地 深入理解MongoDB，有大规模数据迁移、微服务架构升级经验 熟悉HBase Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
