关于岗位： Zoom AI Productivity Suite 是 Zoom 面向下一代办公与协作体验的重要产品方向，包括 Canvas、Slides、Sheets、Paper 等生产力工具。致力于帮助用户将会议和日常协作中的信息，快速转化为高质量的文档、幻灯片、表格等工作成果。我们正在寻找一位体验设计专家参与其中，打造简单、智能、愉悦的产品体验。 岗位职责： 1.负责 Zoom AI Productivity Suite 核心产品的设计工作，参与产品策略和体验方向的定义，并推动设计方案从概念到上线落地。 2.与产品、研发等团队紧密合作，推动项目高质量交付。关注上线后的用户反馈及数据，持续优化产品体验。 3.深入理解 AI 及协同办公产品发展趋势，对相关方向保持强烈热情，和团队一起探索面向未来的交互方式、工作流和用户体验创新。 4.参与团队专业建设，沉淀设计模式及规范。分享设计经验及方法，提升团队整体设计水平。 任职要求： 1.5 年以上设计经验，本科及以上学历，设计、人机交互、计算机相关专业优先。 2.逻辑清晰，思考严谨全面，能梳理复杂的产品需求并制定完整的设计策略。 3.具备优秀的交互/视觉全链路设计能力。有良好的视觉审美，对设计品质及细节有较高要求。 4.具备 AI-native 设计思维，对 AI 时代的产品体验、交互方式和工作方式有持续关注与实践，并具备持续学习和主动探索的内驱力。 5.对 B 端用户场景和需求和有深入的洞察，能发现有价值设计机会并推动落地。 6.有良好合作态度和团队精神，沟通能力强，工作主动负责。 7.能使用英语和海外同事进行沟通，传递设计想法 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
