岗位描述: 我们正在寻找一位优秀的 UX 设计师加入 Zoom Docs 团队，负责 Canvas（文档）、Data Table 等核心产品线的设计工作。您将与全球产品团队紧密协作，通过深入的用户洞察和创新的设计思维，持续提升产品的用户体验和竞争力。团队工作语言为英文，您将在国际化的工作环境中与全球顶尖设计师和产品经理共同打造世界级的协作产品。 岗位职责: •产品设计与创新: 负责 Zoom Canvas（文档）、Data Table 等核心功能的用户体验设计，深入理解用户需求和使用场景，提出创新的设计解决方案，打造简洁、高效、易用的产品体验。 •用户研究与洞察: 通过用户研究、数据分析等方法，挖掘用户痛点和机会点，将洞察转化为优秀的设计方案，持续优化产品的可用性和用户满意度。 •设计交付与协作: 完成从概念设计到高保真原型的全流程设计工作，输出清晰的设计规范和交互文档，与产品经理、开发工程师紧密协作，确保设计方案高质量落地。 •跨团队沟通: 使用英文作为工作语言，与全球团队成员进行日常沟通、设计评审和项目汇报，清晰表达设计理念，推动设计共识达成。 •设计体系建设: 参与 Zoom Docs 设计系统的搭建与维护，提升设计一致性和效率，为团队积累可复用的设计资产。 任职要求: •本科及以上学历，设计、人机交互、计算机或相关专业，3年以上 UX/UI 设计工作经验。 •扎实的设计功底和良好的审美能力，精通 Figma、Sketch 等主流设计工具，具备完整的产品设计流程经验。 •具备 To C 产品设计经验，熟悉文档协作、内容管理或生产力工具类产品设计者优先。 •必须具备可作为工作语言的英文能力（读、写、说），能够流畅进行英文邮件沟通、文档撰写和会议交流。 •优秀的沟通表达能力和跨团队协作能力，能够在高强度环境下自驱推进项目，适应快节奏的产品迭代。 •具备创新思维和批判性思维，对设计有热情，乐于接触和学习新鲜事物，有大局观和团队精神。 加分项: •有国际化公司工作背景或跨文化协作经验，具备全球化视野。 •熟悉文档协作、知识管理、数据可视化等领域的产品，对行业趋势有深入研究和独到见解。 •有互联网头部公司或知名 SaaS 企业的设计经验，参与过从0 到 1 或大规模用户产品的设计项目。 •具备用户研究、数据分析能力，能够基于数据驱动设计决策。 •有优秀的设计作品集或获得过知名设计奖项。 •学习能力强，综合素质高，能够快速适应新业务和新挑战。 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
