1. HRBP & Special HR Projects (60%)

  • Serve as a dedicated HR partner to US business teams, end-to-end managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding integration, probation follow-up, daily employee relations, performance tracking, regular check-ins, personnel transfers, and exit interviews.
  • Establish regular employee communication mechanisms; conduct team focus groups and one-on-one performance conversations on a recurring basis to collect employee feedback and team management pain points, generate workforce health analysis reports, and deliver actionable HR solutions to business leaders.
  • Lead the rollout of various HR special initiatives, such as performance system implementation, talent reviews, succession pipeline development, employee incentive programs, corporate culture promotion, local employee benefit optimization, and cross-regional HR policy communication.
  • Produce HR analytical reports based on data insights to support business decision-making, covering headcount planning, turnover rates, recruitment progress, organizational health, and other metrics.
  • Address HR management demands from business teams and provide professional HR empowerment to line managers, including headcount planning, organizational restructuring, KPI decomposition, personnel management, conflict mediation, and promotion review consultations.
  • Handle inquiries related to US labor compliance, employee disputes, attendance & leave administration, compensation and benefits; mitigate local employment compliance risks and prevent labor disputes.
  • Complete other HR-related projects and ad-hoc assignments assigned by the supervisor.


2. End-to-End Recruitment Support (40%)

  • Support ad-hoc talent projects and talent market research; align with business teams to clarify job requirements, define candidate profiles, source overseas talent channels, conduct candidate mapping and talent research.
  • Independently deliver full-cycle recruitment workflows: resume screening, bilingual interview scheduling, multi-round virtual interviews, candidate assessments, interview feedback synchronization, salary negotiation, offer issuance communication, and pre-onboarding follow-up.
  • Maintain close collaboration with business departments, accurately capture role requirements, and provide line managers with professional talent market analysis and recruitment recommendations.
  • Build and continuously maintain a talent pipeline; proactively source key roles and high-potential talents to improve recruitment efficiency and talent pool quality.
  • Deliver regular recruitment review reports to track time-to-hire, channel efficiency, and new hire retention metrics; continuously optimize overseas recruitment channels and processes to boost recruitment delivery performance.


Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; Human Resources, Psychology, MBA or related majors preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HRBP experience with dual exposure to recruitment and business partnering; prior experience supporting overseas teams is a plus. Well versed in the six core HR modules with solid hands-on experience in organizational development, performance management, employee relations and recruitment administration.
  • Proven track record of Organizational Development (OD) practices including talent reviews, succession planning and organizational diagnosis; relevant past project cases are required for review.
  • Demonstrated outstanding end-to-end recruitment delivery results; past recruitment KPIs (e.g., average time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate) must be provided for verification.
  • Compliance expertise: Familiar with US federal and state employment laws and regulations (including EEOC, FLSA, ADA, FMLA and state-level pay transparency acts); strong risk prevention awareness.
  • Language & Cultural Competence: Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin; strong cross-cultural communication acumen to facilitate communication within multicultural teams.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to build solid partnerships with managers at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and data analytics capabilities, capable of delivering HR solutions from a business perspective.
  • Result-oriented, highly responsible, with strong execution and project driving skills; comfortable with remote work and cross-time zone collaboration.
  • Quick learner with solid stress tolerance; able to thrive in a fast-growing business environment.
