Participants will gain broad exposure across multiple Finance disciplines through rotational assignments, structured learning, mentorship, and interaction with senior leaders. The program is designed to accelerate professional development and prepare participants for future leadership opportunities within Finance. Program Structure 24-month rotational development program Three rotational assignments across different Finance functions Rotations tailored to business priorities and individual development needs Structured learning curriculum, including instructor-led and virtual training Dedicated mentorship and career development support Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Participation in regional and global Finance development initiatives Potential Rotation Areas Participants may gain experience in areas such as: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Commercial Finance Operations Finance Controllership Internal Controls & Compliance Finance Transformation and Process Improvement Rotation assignments will be determined based on business needs and development objectives.
