Role Description The شريك ومستثمر role at LexMemo is a remote, contract position focused on supporting the strategic growth and expansion of the platform. On a day-to-day basis, this partner and investor collaborates with the founding team on business strategy, market positioning, and growth initiatives in Egypt and the Gulf region. Responsibilities include evaluating and shaping product-market fit, identifying partnership opportunities with law firms and legal offices, and contributing to fundraising or investment planning. The role involves reviewing performance metrics, advising on pricing, go-to-market, and customer acquisition strategies, and providing input on key product and business decisions. This position is suited for individuals who want to combine capital investment with active strategic involvement in a legal technology venture.

Qualifications

  • Strategic and business skills: Experience in business development, market analysis, and growth strategy, preferably in technology or professional services.
  • Investment and financial skills: Ability to assess startup viability, analyze financial projections, and structure investment agreements or partnership terms.
  • Legal and industry knowledge: Familiarity with law firm operations, legal workflows, or legal technology; prior work with law practices in Egypt or the Gulf region is highly beneficial.
  • Product and technology skills: Understanding of SaaS platforms, digital transformation, and user-centric product development in a B2B context.
  • Leadership and collaboration: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely across diverse teams.
  • Preferred background: Previous experience as a founder, partner, or senior leader in a startup or professional services firm; fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
