Responsibilities

同社は、高機能材料事業を展開する企業です。
■ポジションについて
SCP & Demand Planningチームにて、シリコーン材料の調達から生産管理までサプライチェーン全体を担っていただきます。
需給予測や生産計画の策定を通じて、安定的かつ効率的な原材料調達の仕組みを構築するとともに、海外拠点との連携や情報収集をリード。
メンバーのマネジメントを担いながら、自らも計画立案や生産量の最適化に主体的に関与できる、裁量の大きいプレイングマネージャーポジションです。
■具体的な業務内容
入社後2～３週間程度は生産拠点のつくば事業所（茨城県）に常駐し、生産現場への理解および他部署と関係性を深めて頂きます。
その後は月2～3回を目途につくば事業所へ出張、その他は東京本社にて業務を進めて頂きます。

- 需要予測に基づくシリコーン原材料の発注（ドイツとのやり取り）
- 製品在庫管理、工場への生産量決定に関する監視管理、および営業側の需要管理
- SOP会議の主催（需要に応じた原材料、最終製品、関連資材の生産在庫管理、物流購買との連携）
- ドイツ親会社側のSCP部門との連携（英語を用いたメールやり取り、月例会議への出席がございます）
- 管掌チームのマネジメントおよび長期戦略立案
- ※数量管理等にはERPシステム（SAP）を使用します。

Requirements

- 需要予測、生産量決定及び管理の経験
- SAPの使用経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
- チームマネジメントの経験
