Customs Declarant / Customs Clearance Agent（Budapest, Hungary）

Location: Budapest and the surrounding area

About us

SHAOKE is an international logistics company providing customs clearance, freight forwarding, warehousing and European delivery services. The company has established local entities and teams in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Poland.

We are looking for a Customs Declarant to join our team in Hungary.

Responsibilities

· Handle import customs-clearance procedures.

· Prepare and submit customs declarations.

· Check the information and documents required for customs clearance.

· Clarify missing or inaccurate information.

· Communicate and cooperate with NAV, the local operations team in Hungary and the team in China.

· Follow up customs clearances, inspections and cargo releases.

Requirements

· Customs qualification or an equivalent professional qualification.

· One to two years of relevant customs-clearance experience.

· Practical knowledge of import customs declarations.

· Fluent written and spoken Hungarian.

· Written and spoken English required.

· User-level MS Office skills.

· Accurate, responsible and independent working style.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

· Experience in e-commerce or parcel customs clearance.

· Experience with Hungarian electronic customs systems or customs-clearance software, such as Régens or Kompakt Zoll.
